With a Master of Laws from the Queen Mary University of London, Preba Arkaah Greenstreet most recently served as the Director for Legal & External Affairs with Vodafone Ghana. She currently sits as a board member of Prudential Life Insurance.
An experienced legal and corporate mind with a keen sense for risk and the ability to make things happen, Ms. Greenstreet is a seasoned lawyer, both at the England and Wales and Ghana Bar Associations.
She joined the Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL) as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary in 2006 before being appointed Corporate Relations Director. Responsible for the CSR strategy for the Ghana branch, she brings to the role her knowledge of regulatory, tax, and public policy and her exceptional understanding of the Ghanaian stakeholder landscape.
Preba then became the Public and Government Affairs Manager for ExxonMobil Exploration & Production Ghana (Deepwater) Limited, where she was in charge of interpersonal communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal relationships. Ms. Greenstreet has also worked for GGBL’s parent company, Diageo Plc UK, as Assistant Regional Counsel, where she added significant value to Diageo Africa’s P&L.
Preba is also the founder of the premium chocolate company Mansa Gold, which works with Ghanaian farmers to ensure quality and return them a premium on their beans. She strongly advocates the review of policies that ban manufacturers of cocoa products from directly buying cocoa beans from farmers in Ghana.
