Dr. Toni Aubynn is a seasoned sustainability practitioner and consultant with a proven track record in the mining, metals, energy, and banking industries. With extensive experience in regulatory policies, ESG matters, and corporate governance, Dr. Aubynn has held leadership positions at various organizations, including the Minerals Commission, Ghana Chamber of Mines, Gold Fields Ghana, Tullow Oil Ghana, and ARB Apex Bank.
As a former CEO of the Minerals Commission, Dr. Aubynn played a crucial role in overseeing Ghana’s mineral resources. He has also been instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives and promoting responsible mining practices.
He is the Founder and President of the Africa Institute of Extractives Industry, where he continues to contribute to developing and regulating the extractives sector in Africa. He also serves as the Chairman of ARB Apex Bank.
Dr. Aubynn’s expertise extends to legal practice, with a specialization in corporate, sustainability, and natural resources law.
